The HE LITE moisture meter has been developed based on the requirements of farmers at an even more favourable price. It is the ideal instrument for farmers. Thanks to its "pocket" size it can be carried with you at all times. With the HE LITE grain moisture meter you can measure the moisture content of grain directly in the field or at the combine. It is designed for measuring cereals, oilseeds and wet corn. The measurement is fast and accurate, similar to the HE50 moisture meter. The HE LITE can automatically calculate the mean value of several selected measurements and the operator can recalibrate the HE LITE himself.
HE Lite measures the conductivity and temperature of the crushed grain sample. From this, state-of-the-art measuring technology calculates an accurate moisture value. The integrated measuring cell of the HE Lite is based on the Pfeuffer principle, which has been proven for more than 45 years: The sample is crushed and homogenized simultaneously using special grinding wheels. Thanks to the freshly harvested grain, the HE Lite is extremely reliable. Pour the sample into the beaker built into the top of the measuring cell (11 ml) and place it in the grinding chamber. Mount the top and screw the top together as much as possible. Then switch on the device, select the grain type and start the measurement. The measurement result will appear on the display after a few seconds.
