TANNOMETER is an instrument for measuring phenolic substances in beer, wine, fruit juices, and plant extracts. It combines a compact dosing, temperature control, and mixing device with a turbidity meter, photometer, and evaluation computer. It includes the TannoLab 2.0 software, which allows measurements and results to be recorded over time, evaluated, stored, and printed.
