Modernization of post-harvest treatment technology - mobile grain dryer including transport routes. Reconstruction of the existing reception and storage hall.

Technical data of the STELA dryer, type UNIVERSAL 30:

  • Drying tower material - hardened aluminium
  • Heating medium - light heating oil
  • Air heater power - 2.325 kW
  • Total electrical input -64,7 kW
  • Maximum separation of dust particles by means of a centrifugal separator

Drying performance :

  • Corn from 35% to 15% up to - 7.5 t/hour            
  • wheat from 20% to 16% up to -30 t/hr
  • rapeseed from 13% to 9% up to - 19.5 t/hr

Technical data of the intake, SKANDIA conveyors and the hall:

  • 9 x 3 m all-round receiving basket
  • conveyor capacity from the reception to the drying room 60 t/hr
  • conveyor capacity from drying room to storage 40 t/hr
  • receiving and storage hall 20 x 32 m, total height 11 m
